Next from Cut files have a translucent ability

Hello Guys If I'm very new to forums
If i make a mistake please forgive me.

When I cut my files the next files I have cut act like they have cut.
This Bad or Normally? (If Bad please show me how to solve it).

1.Before I Cut My Files

2.After I Cut My Files

3.Just Paste To Other Folder

4.Then Switch Back and Become Like This

5.When I try to Refresh
