'Open' icon in Windows Explorer problem

Hello all, I've just reinstalled my OS and I've forgotten how to fix this. My problem is that the icon is different than the icon of the program itself. It should also be a miniature "monitor-pc-cd" icon as shown. Other instances are alright -- clicking on a .doc file or a folder changes it to the corresponding icon, but not on these.

I seem to remember viewing the tutorial here @sevenforums, but for the life of me I can't find it now anymore.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
