how to print a black document in color

I have a scanned file that is black ink, but I can't print it due to my ink. I don't have black ink, so I want to print this document as is just in color is there a way in word or somewhere else?

Do you have an image editor in which you can open the image and apply a filter to change the document colors so no black exists in the image (save it as a pure black and white (2 tone) image before doing so)?

Additionally, you might find some settings in your printer software which may allow you to perform the action you desire.

What type of document is it? If it is something like Word, open it, change the font color, and print.
