Change win7 "Save As" box to classic winxp box

When I do a "save link as" or "Save as" I get a dialog box with a navigation tree pane on the left side much like windows explorer. How do I switch to the classic windows xp style with big shortcut icons in the left pane as shown here: add shortcuts to "save as" window

Use the "Favorites" in the tress to achieve the same thing.
You can add new shortcuts here: C:\Users\[username]\Links
Or just drag a folder or file to the "Favorites" section to create a link.
