Hi! fjabrantes, welcome to W7F

Mouse Button - Vista Forums

Go to >Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Mouse

And make sure, the Switch Primary and Secondary button box is un-checked

Your welcome.

If you would prefer to single click on a Shortcut, Folder, or File anywhere it is located go to:

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Folder Options...

As shown in the attachment are my preferences, but take note of the red box, and click on the radio button, click Apply, click Okay, and now whenever you click on a Shortcut, Folder, or File it only takes a single click.

If you don't like that way you can always revert back by undoing your changes.

BTW:
Was my previous post edited???

I do not recall inserting the Mouse Buttons - Vista Forums Link

Sort of figured that was the issue. I know I have mine set to an ungodly speed, simply because I can click that fast
