    Hello BDani,

This may be due to that the Hebrew language is written and displayed from right to left instead of left to right like in English. It appears that the icons got flipped as well.

Has it always been like this?

Try changing the language to English and see if that solves the problem, if so, then it's definitely the language.

Unfortunately the change display language feature is only in the Windows 7 Ultimate and Enterprise editions.

    BDani,

Since the icons just started doing this, then you may be able to fix this by doing a system restore using a restore point dated before this happened.

You could see if rebuilding the icon cache may be able to help. If not, then possible a repair install could if you really can't stand the icons being reversed.
