| | recover admin password Help! A techie friend set up my son's mini notebook which has Windows 7. I failed to write down my Admin password, so now I cannot add software, etc. Can someone please give me an easy way to fix this problem. I did read some other threads and tried to restart the computer, press F8 and proceed in safe mode but it did nothing. Thanks..... |

| | google will show you there are ways to change the admin password even without knowing the original one by using certain linux live cds setup to do just this thing. |
