    Read here: Microsoft Windows 7 Unleashed - Scroll down to Stopping Delete Confirmations

    That prompt is there to prevent you from accidentally deleting a file. FOr me, I'd rather see the prompt than lose a file I didn't mean to delete, especially if it doesn't go to the Recycle Bin.

    @Ztruker,
    The OP says that whenever he clicks on a file, he gets the Delete Confirmation.
    once i click on any file (shortcut or folder or file), the dialog box will pop-up asking to delete the file to recycle bin. ........
    ........ i'm tired enough to clicks NO on the dialog box..
    He did not say he is deleting the files in question.

    To the OP, are you using any applications that would re-map a macro sequence to a single button press/click?

    Examples of such software are...
    => 1-Click Duplicate Delete for Files
