Not in a single window, I mean across multipe windows....as in dialogs from one program have button text and dialogs *from another app* don't.

I am having the sae issues. I was boggled by it and now I see that I applied the same "fixes' hum interesting. thanks for the regedit thing, made it all ok . I am going to run a fresh install and try again without the patch.
