extracting files SOS

i download mixtapes off of datpiff.com. before i had windows 7 it gave me the option to extract the files so i could put them on my itunes.. now it doesnt even give me the option to extract them.. SOS

What type of file is it that you are downloading? IZArc will extract almost any type of archive file. IZArc - Download

it saves them under itunes as a zip. but theres no choice for me to extract it

You can extract most zip files in windows 7 without the use of third party software. All you need to do is find the zip folder in Windows Explorer and it should be simple enough from there. If you are still having trouble extracting it, use IZArc.

You shouldn't need one. Can you post a screen shot of what you see. To do a screen shot, in case you don't already know, press the print screen key on your key board, open paint, hit paste, and save the image, the tutorial I linked to below will explain how to upload it.

Don't you just right click on the zip file and choose "Extract All"?
