Hi lakers, welcome to the forums

It looks like a simple permissions issue. If you read the following tutorial you should be able to resolve the issue Take Ownership Shortcut

You either need Unlocker or to change ownership on the folder.
A link to start you with the latter is here Change the permissions and take ownership of your files and folders | Windows Vista, XP and Windows 7 Tutorials, but there is a utility (reg hack) that places an item on the context menu.

have you tried to delete the contents in the folder and then if that works the folder should delete after
