Icons problems (w pic)

My icons look strange
i have already scanned my computer
all threads are gonei restart the laptop but it stills does not look good
please take a look at this picture to know more

when you create new shortcut is it still missing the icon??

ya the icon is the same when i create the shortcut
this happens a few days ago
this did not happen when i install the program

did you already scan your computer?? logon to safe mode and scan your computer.

i did scan it twice but i didnt use safemode

how do you put on safe mode to scan(is it necessary?) ?

when i got the virus..and scan for the normally login..and got the virus..and then i push to login to the safe mode..that's still got the virus too.
so i recommend to scan at safe mode too.
