| Win7 x 6 PC's 36,538 posts California, Florida, Boston | You reported earlier that DIsk Check would not complete. This needs to be resolved first as you may have a failing HD. Did you run DIsk Check from the DVD Command Line as shown in the tutorial I posted? Disk Check You'll definitely need to get a CD to burn the HD Diag/Repair CD scan, boot to run the full scan. I have never heard of the Repair Install error you got. Please attempt to run the Repair Install again following the exact steps in tutorial, then post back (and Google) the exact wording of any error message. |
