    delay of hibernation

I have a question about power management but cannot figure out how to post a question under that thread.
Help anyone? I am novice on 7 (and this site).
How can I delay the hibernation when I shut the lid of my laptop? I have three options, sleep, hibernate, do nothing. I would like to be able to shut the lid on my lap top for privacy when someone enters the room but it happens immediately. I would like to delay it 5 or 10 minutes. It take a long time to come back on. I used to be able to adjust the time it takes to go into hibernation, sleep or turn off. Windows 7 seems to have taken that away. Any help to offer? I am tired of shutting my lid and then realizing I should have done something and then having to wait for it to reboot.

    Power Plan Settings - Change

Right click on the Desktop and select Personalize.
Click on Screen Saver at bottom right.
Click on Change Power Settings above and to the left of the OK button.
Click on Change plan settings for whichever plan you are using.

You should be able to make the change you want there.
