Windows (or some other program) keeps disabling the "Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing" option under the "Visual Effects" tab of the "Performance Options" window. This occurs even when I have the settings set on "Custom." I have a Core i3 processor with the lastest Intel HD Graphics drivers
, so it's most likely not because my computer can't handle the simple animations. I've read about people with the reverse problem (i.e., the option automatically enabling itself after you have disabled it), and in some of those cases it appeared to be a conflict with software from Logitech. But I don't use Logitech peripherals. Any suggestions?
