In XP I was able to adjust the size settings for icons, scroll bars, menus and more. How do I get into that window to make those adjustments on Windows 7 ? Thanks. Hal.

Thanks for the "settings" help. Next question is... in Outlook Express I was able to send myself an email to check something and rather than wait for it to come in, I clicked one of the top buttons and the email immediately came up. Can I do that with Windows Live Mail, if so, how? Thanks. Hal.
