    Language bar solution by, topgan1

as he offered it at the address below

    Language bar disappeared

hi, I had the same problem like yours and all I did was resetting the default settings for system services that start up with windows vista. I had some of them disabled and then my language bar stopped working. I'm not sure which service exactly was the problem.

Try resetting to default all windows services, do a restart and I guess your problem will be solved.

Go to Run and type, ctfmon.exe

    It worked like a charm!

    Elremo this works for now!

Maybe wasn't any kind of adding some (particular) languages to get fix done but, I think it is problem of the startup registry malfanction no less to say this is just a bug of the script I think!

    RUN(Εκτέλεση) > ctfmon

And I got LANGUAGE BAR LOADED!

    HAVE A NICE DAY!

    Further fix

    I accidentally deleted my language toolbar, and it took some time to find out how to reinstate it, so here goes;

Language Bar - Hide or Show

    Control Panel
    Clock, Language and Region
    Region and Language
    Keyboards and Languages Tab
    Change keyboards Tab
    Language Bar
Undfer Language Bar you may see the 'hidden' selection chosen 0 if so, select 'Docked in the Taskbar' and it will reappear.
    OK
    OK
    Close Control Panel
