My language bar does not come in toolbar

Language Bar - Hide or Show

Welcome to Seven Forums goguta. Try this:

Right click Start button> Click on properties:



Click on Toolbar tab:



Put a check mark next to Desktop> Apply and OK your way out

See if the language bar isn't now on your desktop> Drag the bar to where you had it before

Could you post back screenshots of all the settings mentioned in the tutorial to see if we might be able to spot something that doesn't look right?

were followed as explained but still nothing

In UAC mode language bar appears but when I click to minimize nothing is happening.
I'll post Brink's given tutorial.
