Well...it is harmless at least and good to know it's not just me...

edit: i unpined it then repined it and get the same thing.

Might want to check your reg setting to make sure you don't have both 32bit and 64bit WMP playing. I believe there is a tutorial around here somewhere for the registry location.

ok i got it open windows media player up then unpin the pined one and pin the media player you have open

So then for some reason Windows isn't registering them as the same program. I guess it works about the same as pinning a shortcut to Computer to the taskbar instead of using the default Explorer one.

Thanks...that fixed it...

So far so good...clean install (no reformat)....installed quickly.....just finished installing my apps....will report any issues....
