Slipstream windows 7 - switch user issue

Has anyone slipstreamed windows 7 and had any issues with switch user not working properly? I am trying to isolate the problem and figure out which service is responsible for switch user working in regards to being able to switch to another account WITHOUT logging off any currently logged on accounts. I have ensured that secondary user logon has been left alone for the installation but I dont think that has anything to do with the issue anyway. With my current configuration everything has worked flawlessly except the switch user function. Any information is much appreciated however I am hoping to hear from someone who actually has sliptreamed or at least has advanced knowledge of windows. NO BS answers and rhetorical information.

Additional information: fast user switching does not show up in the services using services.msc nor does secondary logon show up on this install I am running. However I re-created a new slipstream and that one did have secondary logon and still the same issues persisted. My assumption is that it's some small BS service or something that im overlooking that is causing this mess even though nowhere in the program I am using does it say it will affect switch user. (vlite)

It also has nothing to do with the actual updates as I have created the customized install CD with and without hotfixes/updates. So it is definitely something to do with one of the things i am removing.

Are you slipstreaming to remove services or size Win7 down for a netbook?

You can find the latter on the web, while trying to remove services is like flypaper with Win7: you will quickly run into performance problems with no performance clawback at all.

Win7 is too featherlight and minimal already to turn off anything that isn't already on Manual. It is the Black Viper.
