Format

Ive loaded a program onto my PC one touch visoneer software from Xerox and I am unable to remove it in either programs uninstall or through software sent to me by Xerox. My only other way is to format my computer remove windows 7 and re install. Can anyone advise me how to format my PC.

You could try the free Revo Uninstaller (for the Visioneer software, not Windows) :

Download Revo Uninstaller Freeware - Free and Full Download - Uninstall software, remove programs, solve uninstall problems

you could try uninstalling in safe mode, or do a clean boot and then try to uninstall:
