Here's how it went down.... Today!!
Called Mgr and told him I would buy it at $350 with 3yr Sam's warranty thrown in and I was on my way at 1000hrs.
On my way, I thought what if that guy(Call him Mr. X) that gave me bad info one day and then bated me yesterday bought it for himself?
My reason for returning was...........Warranty Policy Issues Not Disclosed.
When I got to the store the Mgr went to computer and found out it was shipped back! Boy, did both of eye's light up.
He went to the back room just to make sure as he was about to offer me a brand new one, never out of the box.
I waited 20-30 minutes hoping he couldn't find it, hehehehhe, but he showed up with it with a Defective Tag On it written in Mr. X's hand writing.
The Manager gave me his business card with a note written on the back that during the next 3 years if anything goes wrong I was able to return it........No questions asked.

I think Mr. X is going to be on the hot seat when he reports to work and can't find my computer that he was going to get. Like to be a fly on the wall.

So this concludes this final chapter of the Lappy Saga.
New book out next year...Thank all of you who paid cash for this book. All proceeds will be donated to Mr. X's Retirement Package.

Have a great day everyone.

Congratulations, Dennis! Enjoy your new baby.

I hope you haven't forgotten how to keep a little one safe and warm. She needs high sides on her crib and a nice warm blanket. To ensure her safety, you may want to get her a nice watch dog.

I don't know what it is about me but I never ever quit when it comes to my belief, my family, my job( when I was working) or my money.
I am very persistent when it comes to dealing with retailer's be it a car, tools, computer's or whatever I get what I paid for. If there is anything wrong or goes wrong I get it fixed or replaced or I don't leave until I talk to the top decision maker.
That's my story and I am sticking to it!

Hi. I have a window 7 computer that shows my husband as the owner when I sign into the computer. I would like to be the owner as the computer belongs to me. My husband has no objection as he has his own computer. Can this easily be done? If yes, can someone let me know how to do this. ...

New Laptop Owner
I am the proud owner of a new Dell Laptop, well not new, refurbished. It is in route to me so I have not gotten it yet. I have not owned a laptop before and have read a few things about them. I read where you should not use them on a bed because you might block an air vent and a few other...
