How to Disable writing options of DVD?


Please any one could help using WINDOWS 7 ultimate.i want to make writing options disable in OS,it should read the cd.and it should not generate any message that writing option is disable.

Due to security reasons i want to make please any one help me out.

Look here, but note that this applies only to Win 7's built-in burning and does not apply to third party burning software:

but what actually third party burning software using NERO.can i disable using it or not?

Yes, Nero is 3rd party. Here is another link that may help you. One mentioned method is unchecking the option in the screenshot below:
