Keylogging is just one aspect. It tracks almost everything that happens on a PC, including keystrokes, clipboard contents, visited Web sites, launched programs, viewed documents, and instant messages. It also can take screenshots at set intervals.
One heck of a scary software, must be pretty mischievous kids that need to be monitored with this.:)

I don't have major problems but it has provided me with some interesting information as to computer usage including understanding what was happening when things have gone pear shaped.
I'm not convinced they are still trading as there is no mention of Win 7 on their site and there have been no updates for quite some time although I did notice that Vista was OK.
I have sent a support request.

Invisible Files
Have you checked the help files for such issues? Have you tried running the program as admin? Most programs work in Win7. If you have tried all of these things, the support request is your best option.

The sharing of the folder to everyone was to ensure that each profile could access the folder to allow the programme to save the files.
The inbuilt report options you refer to is limited as the Window is too small - I have found in the past that it is easier to scan through using Filmstrip View in Explorer.
I have now created another folder away from System32 with the same results.
The programme does work in that it is saving the files but, and this is where I started, the files are invisible using Explorer and TreeSize Pro is only able to see files created by a profile from within that profile so, somehow, the effect is that there seems to be multiple folders with the same name with invisible files for each profile - if that makes any sense!! TreeSize Pro also only reports total files within the profile and does not reflect the total log size reported by Goldeneye.
You don't mention if you've ever been able to view these files from within Win7 Explorer (or XP), but perhaps it is not possible either by design or win7 incompatibility. My suggestion would be to try running in in compat mode for XP (since it was written for XP). If that doesn't work, see if you can reach tech support.

As far as Win 7 Explorer is concerned the files do not exist. There was never a problem with XP Explorer.
I have now received a response from Tech support (which surprised me) suggesting I download the latest version which I suspect is still in beta.
Even if the file save was by design, I'm struggling to understand why an administrator is unable to even detect them using Explorer.
Sorry...I somehow missed your newest post until Poke responded. But I actually was referring to installing the program in compat mode, as shown here:

XP mode might not be the best idea, given that this GoldenEye needs to run continuously to do its thing.
Also, you should (if you haven't already) install the latest version and install to see if this solves your problem, even though still in beta. Do a System Restore Point - Create first.
