Hi Janish, welcome to the forums

If you are quite happy to re-install Windows then it seems you will need to change the boot order in the BIOS so that your CD/DVD drive is first in the list.
Note   Note
Most BIOS will require you to press Del, F1, F2, F10 to enter while on the very first screen (P.O.S.T screen). Please watch as the machine boots for your individual options relating to your BIOS

Are you using a DVD drive? The Windows 7 installer disk is a DVD.

Once you can boot it correctly by setting DVD drive first to boot in BIOS setup, boot into the Repair Console to try running Startup Repair repeatedly to see if it will repair and start.

If not you can copy out your files using this method: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console

Then wipe the HD before reinstalling Windows 7: SSD / HDD : Optimize for Windows Reinstallation
