    Should i uninstall it? Or leave like it is and live with the Q drive?

    I dont know how it works, or why it does it... all I know is that Im due a cheeseburger.
    But really, no idea how or why, or if it only happen(s||ed) with the Beta version.
    And thats about the extent of my knowledge on this, sorry.

    Mickey can haz cheezburgerz. Im on a diet anyway.
    By his link, you'll see that its quite a common annoyance. Theres a bunch of stuff on the net about it too.

    What Im now curious about, is what would happen if you map Q: to a netshare, then install Office 2010?
    Would it overwrite the map? Or find a spare drive?
    What would happen if you map every available letter to a (or the same) netshare, then install Office 2010? Or insert a USB key?
    I think I need another test machine...

    that is correct. the drive is created by office 2010. or at least the beta version. and you cant get rid of it (i called tech support).

    Not without 3rd party tools...
