Folder contents automatically deleted?

I installed Windows 7 Ultimate a month ago.

Twice in that time I have found the contents of my "current websites" folder in the recycle bin!

Thank fully I have been able to restore the file.

"current websites" is backed up using Allways Sync to an external drive, it is also backed up online to Humyo.com.

When the 'recycling occurs, I am losing the contents of:
"Current Websites"
"Current Websites BACKUP" on External drive
"humyo.store/Current Websites" (the local cache for the online storage)

Clearly, as AlwaysSync and Humyo local file are syncing their contents to the original "Current Websites" folder they are replicating the deletions.

I have looked at the time stamps in the Recycle bin and compared them to the logs - the only thing that seems to correlate is the Application Experience service has started and stopped around the time of the "recycling".

I'd be very grateful for any suggestions as to what could be the issue.

Thanks
