Windows 7: 3 important Windows-Services don´t start

Hey there
Due to to my last problem, there are three Services which just can´t start. It always says they get started but they don´t, they seem to stuck. Well, I only have the german names of them so I will give you the short names: SENS, Dhcp and Imhosts. They´re all started in the svchost.exe in the system folder. It can´t be corrupted, because the changing date is from one year ago. The first one seems to stick together with my login-problem, both other do with my network function. Due to that, many other services can´t get started.
So please, can anyone find out, why these don´t start or what I have to do.

Clean boot is suppose to be for testing purposes. I have had several posts where the poster had a problem, same as yours
and the clean boot corrected it
Do clean boot
boot compuer
undo the clean boot
boot again
and hope

IT WORKS NOW! My laptop is running without any errors now! I´m just writing this post on it!
I solved it that way: I opened the command prompt, entered "netsh winsock reset", and then rebooted it. But anyway, thank you
