Duplex Printing prints as two single sheets

    Hi all,

Wonder if you can help. We have a very strange problem occuring with sending Duplex Printing jobs to our shared printers...

When a user sends a Duplex Job to a printer, the printer prints out two single sheets. We have checked various settings, and it appears that the printers are ok, because users in other departments can send duplex jobs to the printer ok.

It seems to be isolated to this department that all jobs come out as single sided on two sheets.

Anyone come across this before, could it be some sort of bug on our pcs, or could it be a group policy thing?

    Thanks,

Could be a driver, a networking issue, etc.

We need a lot more info on the PC's, printers, networking, etc

I can print duplex in excel and powerpoint, its only WORD that has the problem. I'm not doing anything fancy like booklets, simply a two-sided document and simply get two single sheets instead.

Problem has only really happens since using WIndows 7, the combination of Windows xp and Office 2007 was fine, only a problem now since we went to windows 7.
