Ctrl+arrow keys doesn't work

Hi
I'm new to this forum. I encounter a problem recently. My keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+[left/right] arrow key doesn't work in any of my editors like: Microsoft word 2007; Microsoft wordpad; Open office writer and Abiword-I use this key combination for move between words in my word processors.
Because of this problem is general in all of my editors I think this is not a software specific issue and belongs to my Win 7.
so please guide me about that.

Hi, and welcome to the forums

Firstly, please don't start multiple threads asking for the same assistance as we will get around to helping.

Secondly, i've just checked and all seems to be ok on my Word 2010, have you made changes to the options within Word at all?

Hi all, Just started experiencing this problem a few days ago. No idea what caused it. The delete key on my keyboard(s) no longer works. I've tried 3 different keyboards (which I know to function), and pressing the delete key (either one, on the numpad or above the arrow keys) doesn't have...

Pressing “Ctrl+A” on the keyboard to “select all” doesn’t work, I’m wondering why the “Ctrl+A” doesn’t work and all the files are not selected. What might be the issue? Which settings should I change to let it work back as regular? Thank you

Cursor beam doesn't move with arrow keys in text areas
I've experienced this on various websites, forums, etc.. where I'm typing into a text box. (Oddly it's working here just fine). Since I find it much faster to move the "beam" cursor around with the arrow keys (and CTRL+Arrow key to jump over whole words), I frequently use that instead of the...
