Frequent BSOD on Win 7 64 bits

    Hi all,

I got a lot of BSOD on Windows 7 64 bits.

I have updated the video cards drivers and all the others drivers windows update suggest and it didn't really help.

I have run the Windows 7 mem test 2 times without any error.

The weird thing is that the stop code change a lot.

    Here is the computer spec:
HP Pavilion a6318f PC (GX769AA) specifications - HP Home & Home Office Products
With a 8800 GT geforce 4 instead of the default card and 3 gigs instead of 2.

    Any suggestion?

For now, I'm thinking of trying another video card or doing a windows repair. But I would like if someone that know how to read dmp file could point me in the right direction.

    Thank you.

Edit: Doh! I just saw the bsod dedicated forum. Sorry, I didnt notice it

Many, many old drivers including the cause of these BSOD's including your Si3132r5.sys and SiWinAcc.sys (RAID) driver.

    Si3132r5.sys

    I would update them all.

    Code:
    SiWinAcc.sys fffff880`01182000 0x0000a000 11/1/2004 15:23:29 0x41868d31 fffff880`01178000
    secdrv.SYS fffff880`058b1000 0x0000b000 9/13/2006 09:18:38 0x4508052e fffff880`058a6000
    SiRemFil.sys fffff880`01788000 0x00008000 10/18/2006 18:20:39 0x4536a8b7 fffff880`01780000
    Si3132r5.sys Si3132r5.sys+dba4 fffff880`010de000 0x00055000 6/1/2007 13:08:28 0x4660528c fffff880`01089000
    VSTCNXT6.SYS fffff880`03ccb000 0x000cb000 10/15/2008 20:52:22 0x48f69046 fffff880`03c00000
    VSTBS26.SYS fffff880`03d6c000 0x00070000 10/15/2008 20:54:06 0x48f690ae fffff880`03cfc000
    VSTDPV6.SYS fffff880`04396000 0x00174000 10/15/2008 20:57:45 0x48f69189 fffff880`04222000
    nvm62x64.sys fffff880`03bfcd80 0x00063d80 10/17/2008 17:01:06 0x48f8fd12 fffff880`03b99000
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference
    - - Driver manufacturer links are on this page: Drivers and Downloads

I would also run memtest to test the memory

Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot. Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.
