Windows 7: Win 7 Build 7137 Crash

Hey, I installed windows 7 on my laptop the other day, and it runs really smoothly except 4 the fact that after closing the lid and putting it into stand by or hibernate....sorry i dnt kno the difference. after i do this, if windows is resumed it crashes

i think it may be a network driver problem asit always crashes during use of internet or networking, however i never have this problem after a hard boot

i tried 2 use debugging tools to figure out my problem with the dump file but i couldnt find the right symbols and now im capped... i was wondering if someon could analyse my dump file for me. thanks =)
