Windows 7: Error 1606 Have Tried Everything

Error 1606 Have Tried Everything

This happens are alot of programs i download. the setup screen popups with this. i have tried manually editing regedit and using microsoft fixit from their topic about this. it doesnt work!!! PLEASE HELP!!!
Error 1606. Could not access network location %Judie%\AppData\Roaming\.

Did you try You receive an "Error 1606" error message when you try to install or remove a Microsoft program ?

edit: Seems you did try that solution, anyway, did you disable any service like windows installer or something?

This might not pertain to your situation, but when you used Microsoft's FixIt program, did you run it as administrator?

Edit: Also, do you get this error when trying to download any program or just specific ones that you can name?

Yeah, i installed Fixit as admin. And to answer the second question, specific programs.

Maybe we can narrow down the problem if you can tell us the programs that you have been both successful and unsuccessful in downloading.
