    Pinning Program Breaks Icon


    Some of my program icons are broken on my taskbar. If i unpin them while they are running the icon returns, but when i pin it goes back to being broken. Ive been googling with no luck :/

    If i right click and click unpin the icon returns to normal, as soon as i right click it again it breaks

Icon Program
in Customization

I am almost done perfecting my computer, but I need a good icon changing program. Icon Changer was good, until I realized that it was a trial version. Does anyone know of any good freeware programs for changing windows icons into custom ones. Thanks. ~Joshua~
In prior versions of windows I was able to drag and drop an icon of an internet URL onto the task bar so that I was able to only click one icon to get to a spacific web site. I dont seem to be able to accomplish this in Win 7. Am I missing something?? How can I do this. Thank Dean
