Make sure you change that first adjustment that you made back to the original setting.
Ah ok, thanks for helping me out. I dunno what is causing this problem.
And yeah I did a clean boot.
For a test, set up a new adminstrator accoount. Maybe the account is corrupted.
And
in search type cmd then right click on it run as administrator
in cmd type sfc /scannow.
Do three times if errors are found.
