Win 7 Home X86 on 2 machines X64 on 3 machines WHS V1 on 1 machine

I came upon this thread a few days ago. Let the old man (72 and still counting) tell you what he has done. I replaced the 64 bit 7057 with 7000 Home premium on my Lenovo Y410 laptop. works like a champ. On my Dell Inspiron 2200 Laptop (dual boot XP pro and Win 7 7048) I replaced the Win 7 partition with 7000 Basic. Runs ok but seems a lot slower. So far, still ok for what I do.
I also have an Acer One Netbook running dual boot XP Home and Win 7 7000 With no problems so far. My Dell XPS 410 has Dual boot XP Pro 32 Bit and Win 7 64 bit 7000.
After my experience with 1 Beta and 2 RCs and 2 machines bought with Vista Home Prem This is a dream come true. I also have a machine running Windows Home Server.
Both the x32 and x64 versions of Win 7 have not caused any problems with WHS.
All in all, I think MS has a WINNER with Win 7.
I don't try to push an OS to its limits.
Forgot to say at the beginning that I am a retired IBM Senior System Engineer who started out with DOS 1.0 on an IBM 64k pc1 in 1981.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64, XP Mode(VPC and VMLite), VM Player 4.02, W8 CPreview

It will be interesting seeing if there are real differences between Home Premium(already looked over both 32bit, 64bit), Ultimate still running good, and the soon to be Pro when selecting that for the test drive(eventual 7 drive).

It does

Mount the retail ISO (I mounted it to my E:\ virtual drive)->sources->ei.cfg

Just delete the file

Remake the ISO or just throw the files on a bootable flash drive

So the ONLY thing different on a Home/Pro/Ultimate DVD is the ei.cfg?
