Windows 7 - .exe open by windows media center.. help me..

hello.. all my program.exe open using windows media center..
its happen when i accident to click open with windows media center .exe file..

so, all my .exe file open using windows media center..
i have try to using system restore, but its not working..

did any have any solution for this problems..??
