Comp not seeing 2nd video card?

I just installed a 2nd video card & windows isnt seeing it or the other two monitors that are plugged into it?

    Suggestions?

I went to Screen Resolution>Detect & it isnt see it?

And I started the computer up from shutdown with the graphics card fully installed with both monitors plugged into it.

Check Device manager to see if your undetected card is there and look for a yellow triangle. If you see a yellow triangle then the video card drivers for your model need to be installed. If you still cannot see the card, shut down the computer, unplug the power cord and re-seat the undetected card

Yeah I checked device manager, no yellow ! or anything.

This video card is also identical to my other video card, so I dont think any new drivers would be needed right?

I guess I'll try the unplug & reseat option unless there is something else.

    What if that doesnt work?

The card has power & the fan is running like normal...
