    Deleting Files Out of AppData\Local

If I installed a program like Lotus Notes on a 64-bit version of Windows 7 and then discovered that the program didn’t function the way I need it to and then restored the computer back to a point before the installation, would it be okay to delete the Lotus Notes folder that was created in the AppData\Local\ folder since those files won’t be used anymore? Does the registry need those files?

Yeah, you can delete it in that case.

Will do. Do you think the computer even takes notice that it exists?

If you're not using the program and you uninstalled it and aren't going to use the program again, you don't need the lotus notes folder. It's not using it anymore.
