    problems with usb


    hi
    since i installed windows 7, with a new board:
    amd phenom x2 -3-2 oveclocked at 3,8 with a good cooler
    asus m4a785td-m-evo
    4 gb ram corsair 1.333 mz
    vga gygabyte 5770 1 gb
    hdd 1 tb western digital 64 cache
    power supply lc power 700 watts
    case from nox
    All updates done, all drivers installed, last bios update done
    i have several pens , i put the pen it appears the menu scan and fix or continue, at this point the logical drive appears, but after i click on continue, it dissapears,and appears a drive with a cd and i cant do nothing.
    i use on my job, and i noticed that it seems that on seven it always do the same, and on others Operatings sistems it works fine.
    I bought another pen from emtec with 32 gb ,the firts time it worked fine, it let me put the files on it , but after that its the same.
    I use kaspersky internet security and i havent any virus.
    I tried on back painel usbs and on front usbs
    can you help me

    I have the same issue, but only on my older usb drives that were formatted on XP systems... try moving all the data to your HDD, re-format the usb in Win7, and then move data back... it worked for me!
