CTRL + C and CTRL + V freezes comp for a few seconds. [W7 Home Edition

Hello. I encountered a weird problem.

I recently bough Acer Aspire 5734Z with Windows 7 Home Edition installed. When I type CTRL + C or CTRL + V my touchpad stops working for a few seconds. Then it get back to normal. And Except this the functions of ctrl + c and ctrl + v works.

This happens all the time, no matter how much I copy, I can copy nothing doing just the combination and my touch pad freezes.

When playing games as GTA Vice City I have problems using WASD movement at the same time as I adjust the screen(camera) with touch pad. Suddenly lot of combinations stop working, and I have to either stop walking around (WASD combinations) and use touchpad to adjust screen, then stop using touchpad and go back to using WASD.

I hope you understand. I am not very good at explaining things. And I really hope to find a solution to this.

When I did first-run of the laptop, the touchpad didnt have scrolling function working. So I went to acer.com, found my computer model, selected Windows 7 Home Edition and installed the newest touchpad driver 64bit. And it worked. Scrolling working. But freezing problems still occurs. And I think it might be some windows 7 anti multitasking function or something.
