    what is NT kernel&system?


    it has beed using my cpu 50%-60% for at least 10mins, any thing go wrong?

    hi there and welcome to the forums:)
    windows key + r
    Type in MSCONFIG
    Go to startup.
    See if you see anything suspicious that is starting up

    NT Kernel & System is actually ntoskrnl.exe.

    download Process Monitor v2.93 Process Monitor

    this will show your processors in detail and look for high cpu usage
