    Hi all
I don't need to buy it now -- technet subscription

If you search hard there is a Promotion code here in Aus that gets you a 12 month download subscription for $307.00.

Good value for me....I can get WHS, Office Ultimate, Visio, Project, Windows 7 for my laptop as well as the netbook I am planning to get....

you can download a netbook! awesome!

i voted 'buy it', cause the price probably wont drop for 2 years. sp1 is already in there (correct me if im wrong). and not getting it at all will only increase my already bleak out look on life (lol)

hopfully i have the funding. im gonna wait outside of a church, with a bucket! (j/k)

I suspect it's simply a different branch for features and adjustments being implemented since code was technically frozen at the release candidate stage. Either that or somehow testing that a service pack is able to be incorporated as it should.

But I don't think we'd say SP1 "is already in there." I guess we'll see.
