manage another account not working
When I go to control panel user accounts and go to manage another account, nothing is listed in the account box. It is blank. Also if I create another user it doesn't show up. It does show if I go into Local Users And Groups under manage.
I tried sfc /scannow also did windows 7 upgrade option to keep my files. Nothing worked.
