korean language problem in windows 7 ultimate

hi i currently hav windows 7 ultimate (english version) and i'm having problem with running korean programs. i hav already installed korean language pack and changed everything in control panel language section from english to korean and i'm still having no luck.

The korean program i'm trying to use is p2p sharing program like donkey. as you can see most part of the program is in kroean but there are some parts that are marked as ????. this happens with other korean programs too. if i try to run korean games, within the game all korean language will be broken into random letters and symbols like AT!@%!%@$. so i cant really play the game. like i said, i have changed everything in language control panel into korean. going on korean sites and writing and reading is fine but having problem if i'm using a korean program and within that program the korean charaters breaks. anyone know what the problem is?

    Hi

The software youīre trying to run was written originaly in korean or does it have language options for the user to choose?

Some softwares are not completely translated or the translations sometimes are not very good and it may cause these problems. Installing language packs will not always help if it canīt access the software routine completely. I mean, if it canīt "read" the program routine completely.

If itīs an open source you may try to open it and translate it yourself or download a new version of the software if available with the problem fixed.
