Windows 7: softwares windows with different text size

Hi everybody.

I´d like to ask a question about win 7 configs. Is it common to have different text sizes for different software windows? I have configured win 7 to display 130% size, icons on desktop to small, screen resolution to 1280 x 1024.

It seems to be fine, but when a open some softwares, including ms office, they show different text size between them as well as in their own window. Just to narrow it down and make things easier, i decided to place three pics of the screen so that you can have a good view of what i´m talking about. Look at the yellow and red boxes on the pictures.
