Will my specs be able to install x64

Is it possible to install the 64bit version on my pc?
    And will it work properly?

    my setup:

And are there any problems with programs or drivers that dont work on the 64bit OS ??

Yes and yes to the other poster with the Phenom. You can run x64.

Please don't hijack threads and as far as I can see, you would have no problems although you will see more benefits if you added some more memory.
