    Media Player Cache

    Hello

I am running win 7 64bit and have uninstalled both media center and media player however the folder art cache/localmls shows as 1.5GB in size even tho it is empty, my virus scanner still picks up all the artwork in this folder as well, how can i remove these files and gain this space back ?

    Thanks

The folder C:\users\(Username)\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Media Player\Art Cache is empty? If you can't see it, you must enable hidden files. How are you looking for the info, and where are you finding it?

The database files are stored in C:\Users\<login name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Media Player
