Where Have Folder Options Gone

Is there an easy way to access folder options in Windows 7 , the only way I seem to be able to do this is by doing typing folder options in the search field - previously ( Vista and XP) , was just one click.

Open any Explorer window, click on 'Organize' at the top left in the bar, in the drop down list, click on 'Folder Options'.

Vista and now 7 in 32 and 64 bit.

If you would feel more comfortable with it, whilst in the drop down, select "Layout" and "menu Bar". You will then have that old familiar menu bar on the top.

How to get into Folder Options
Hi All, Just been trying to get my test copy of Win7 up and running properly. so far, I'm impressed with what MS has done with this OS, both in the visuals and in the ease of use compared to Vista, though if I can't get this problem solved, I'll have to revert back to Vista primarily, as I need...
