Empty folders

How can I know what program is creating these empty folders? And when I delete them they appear again

If I were you, I would not worry about these folders. I have them as well, I guess they are quite normal.

If you really want to find out what program created them, then go to the registry, CLSID classes and find the ID string which is in the name of the folder. There you will know which program created the folder.

But, as you said yourself, these folders do not take a lot of space, so they are not hurting you in any way, so apart from curiosity, I see no reason to fiddle with them.
